LPT Re-Launch

Wednesday mornings @ LPT Northampton means Wednesday weights for our large group personal training group.
…and today we were working on
THE KETTLE-BELL CLEAN.
For those of you who have learnt how to perform a clean, here was the full complex:
3 x Double Handed Cleans
2 x Double Arm OH Presses
4 x Double Front Squats
[The goal of this?]
To complete those 9 reps with the heaviest damn weight possible!
Seriously, I know I’m always banging on about how there’s is no such thing as a quick-fix (which there isn’t btw!)
BUT..
If there was, barbell & kettle-bell complexes would be right up there!

It’s as challenging but a little less technical.
