You Definitely Need To Know About This One...

Today I want to share my one of my BIGGEST Gym Secrets AND new fav tools which stems from a great question I had the other day.

However like most health based questions, it wasn’t a simple answer!

[The Question]

…What is your favourite way to train?

My first answer was that it’s completely dependent on my current goals AND why I was training as this would change the outcome of my answer.

See I believe there is never one way to a destination.

When it comes to training, variation is KEY but deciding on what you want will always be the biggest factor. However, how often do you find yourself just following a certain path without actually asking why we are on it OR if its the right path for us?

Maybe a friend told us to do it, or it’s the latest celebrity fad but what truly counts is what YOU really want.

YOU MY FRIEND.

Will what you are working hard to achieve improve your enjoyment and quality of life? 

If you never ask and answer this ^ question you’ll never know.

So what is it you truly want???

Incidentally at this current moment kettlebells are my favourite thing to train in the gym. I love the variation they bring to a workout and how they can help not only with strength but mobility and conditioning too. As a result I’m currently working on some NEW kettle-bell protocols to include into LPT training.
