In this article I’m going to spill the beans on transformation by sharing my BIG THREE Golden Nuggets. You can use these 3 tips to help you finally get the body you desire in 2016 WITHOUT enduring any more frustrating yo-yo diets.
Before we get to the good stuff though, I’d like to ask a quick question. Possibly THE most important question nobody ever asks…
What do YOU consider as “SUCCESS” in regards to achieving your fitness & weight loss goals?
For example:
…Do you base success purely by your weight on the scales?
…By which clothes you can fit into?
…How confident you feel?
…How far you can run without getting out of breathe
What else?
….?
….?
I cannot stress enough, how important it is to be CLEAR on what YOU believe “healthy” & “in good shape” is.
Otherwise how can you measure or know when you’ve achieved it?

Change Vs Transformation (What your gym/diet club didn’t tell you)
Truth is ANYONE can achieve weight loss results like these with all kinds of diet approaches. 5:2 diet. Slimming world. Weight watchers.
Heck if the calories are low enough, you can lose weight on a Mars Bar diet!

…“I need to lose 1/2 a stone for my wedding day”.
…“I want to lose weight so I look good on the beach this Summer”.
…“I want to get into my favourite party dress this Xmas”.
Don’t get me wrong, these ^^^ are FANTASTIC goals.

Okay here we go, your THREE Golden Nuggets to Body Transformation:
# 1: Your Eating Plan Must be EQUALLY as Enjoyable as Healthy
I LOVE following starvation diets, counting calories & living off meal replacement shakes to stay slim…SAID NO ONE EVER!
Yet it’s these diet plans ^^ that make up 90% of the diet industry!
Its no surprise unhealthy & restrictive diets like these are IMPOSSIBLE to stick to.
Even less surprising is the obesity epidemic which is only set to get worse.
In fact, the only thing you can predict with diets like these are serious health problems.
Sure you’ll lose weight in the short term with these diet plans. But once you stop dieting, you’re almost certain to put all the weight back on.
We’ve found from years studying why some people get amazing results & some don’t, is it comes down to THREE key factors; Enjoyment, convenience & satisfaction.
1. You’ll NEVER stick to a diet you don’t enjoy.
2. You’ll NEVER stick to an eating plan that isn’t manageable around work, family & social engagements.
3. And you certainly won’t stick to a diet if it doesn’t satisfy your needs of hunger & taste.

Workouts are simply a means to burning calories.
Workouts are much like playing spot as a hobby. They provide good light relief from life, can be fun & social BUT unfortunately workouts offer ZERO accountability, no means of tracking success AND worse of all..have no clear end goal as a target.

If you want to see REAL visible changes in your body, a structured training program will serve you 10 x FASTER results AND if you find the right coach, training can stile a LOT of fun!
Think of it this way.
Do you think Mo Farah, Usain Bolt or Jessica Ennis turn up to the gym for a “workout”.
Course not.
These athletes have (at a very minimum) a 3 month training cycle broken down into small bite size chunks that measure every single step of the journey, so that when things full off track they can re-evaluate the plan, tweak it & change accordingly.
